add a contact link to the Data Removal Policy page?

      I feel like it might be a good idea to have a contact link directly on the Data Removal Policy page, that way an artist doesn't need to go hunting and possibly get the wrong contact. I'd add it myself, but I'm not sure if such a contact exists...
