No email notification on own edits if "email me on edits I left notes on" is off

      While I had all edit note and vote notifications settings off I also didn't receive a notification for notes left on my edits.

      For example, there were no emails for:

      I was under the impression the edit note related settings don't affect my own edits, only those of others.
