I was editing a release with two discs. Track 4 of each disc has the same track name, but different recordings. Unfortunately the Edit Note screen doesn't show which medium was being editing so I couldn't easily confirm I had edited the right one.

If it mentioned "CD2" then I could be sure it was the proper track & medium.
