When trying to add more than one relationship between an entity and a series in one sitting, the second one is automatically rejected as already existing even if the two have differing number attributes (getPaddedSeriesNumber doesn't seem to even run for the second relationship). This works as expected if entering one relationship, submitting, and then entering the second on a second session (but then, again, a third will fail, etc.).
