We have two different preferences, "When I add a note to an edit, mail me all future notes for that edit" and "When I vote on an edit, mail me all future notes for that edit". For some reason, the way the code is implemented means the first of the two controls emails being sent for both edit note authors and voters, while the second does nothing at all. Obviously, these should apply separately.
