We have fancy artist and album pages on LB now, we should link to them from MB.

We already link to a LB 'release' page from MusicBrainz release pages using the 'Play on ListenBrainz' button.

This should now be linked to the fancy pages instead.

We should also add the same button to MB artist entity sidebars.

Stretch goal:
We should show play/listener stats on the MB side.
