The flip side of https://musicbrainz.org/report/NonBootlegsOnBootlegLabels - official labels aren't expected to release bootleg releases.

The report should include bootleg-status releases using a release label that isn't of type "Bootleg Production" or special-purpose label "[no label]".  Possibly other caveats might need to apply.
