Hide/grey out unavailable CAA sizes

      No matter how small the image that is originally uploaded, we display these options:

      All sizes: 250px | 500px | 1200px | original

      Other users* will click 1200px and expect exactly that. If the maximum image size is, say 600px, we should grey out or unlink the (misleading) larger option.

      *I have a user script that tells me the original image size, but that shouldn't be necessary.

          This is effectively the same as MBS-5507 AFAICT. I guess that means it's still blocked by CAA-33.
