Report for release groups without a (primary) type

      Release groups should have types. This report should be able to be narrowed to the user's subscriptions.

      I'm not sure if this report should have RGs without a primary type even if they have secondary types, or just RGs without any type at all. Or maybe having a report for each would be best.
