Uploading images to the CAA or EAA became impossible after around Oct. 10 due to the Internet Archive's systems being taken down after a DDoS attack.

We disabled the edit forms for artwork entirely on the 21st to prevent vain attempts which can't be reviewed properly (as even existing images failed to load sporadically).

On Nov. 9 the IA began allowing file uploads again, so we can re-enable the edit forms on our side too.
