Release editor should warn user and require confirmation that adding a Bootleg release to a non-bootleg release label is correct

      Per https://musicbrainz.org/report/BootlegsOnNonBootlegLabels this is most likely user error.  If the release editor gets values set like this, the user should be required to confirm what they are trying to do:
