I've found that there's an additional type of Bluesky link, that being a persistent link (or did:plc links), which persist through handle changes. could make a new ticket for these tho

it might be possible to resolve a handle from these DID links, but I'm not sure of the specifics

either way, these should likely be handled the same way we do YouTube links, and simply say "Bluesky" in the sidebar instead of the "handle" (unless we can resolve a handle, in which case we use that)
