The bubble that shows other releases with the same barcode when adding a new one to avoid duplicates (MBS-9502) is great - but it has a problem. With over half of our additions nowadays coming from importers and other seeding tools which pre-fill the barcode field, there's less and less reasons for the editors who most need the help to ever click the field and get to see the bubble.

This should be displayed a lot more prominently (probably on the same place where we display seeding errors) when the editor is being seeded.
