Hi, it would be really nice if the cover art uploader allowed retrying when the network failed.

I think this is the same as https://tickets.metabrainz.org/browse/MBS-6623 which says it's fixed, but it doesn't seem to be (any more).

It's unfortunate to have spent a while filling out the form for the cover art only to have the uploader go down and all my art comments thrown out with no way to recover them.
