When you are a patron of a Patreon page, you will automatically be redirected, following this format:

Because of how our Patreon URL cleanup works, we have a number of relationships to the following URL:
https://www.patreon.com/c
(I actually added a few of these as well, since the cleanup happens unobtrusively and I didn't notice)
Is it possible to detect when the url contains "/c/", and then just strip that, but leave the following string?
