Add link to Oauth documentation page on the Musicbrainz API page

      Hello

      I recently noticed a small improvement to the MusicBrainz website documentation while browsing them. On the MusicBrainz API page, specifically the FAQ question "Do I need to provide authentication?", I noticed it might be helpfull to also include a link to the OAuth page since its also a valid way to authenticate.
