Don't show "also merge release groups" checkbox when merging only releases in same group

      We now allow merging release groups while merging releases again (MBS-2349). The checkbox to merge the release groups appears even if all the releases are in the same release group (although of course in that case no merge is entered). Ideally, it would be hidden in that particular case to avoid confusion.
