      Per MBS-13487 MBS-13486 et al, pseudo-releases shouldn't have images stored in the CAA.

      (Unlike MBS-9962, I don't think it matters whether the pseudo-release is linked to another MB Release yet or not - either way, the pseudo-release needs to be fixed.)
