Release editor / Add medium / Existing medium search no longer works with exact release titles

      All searches for "ファンタシースターオンライン2 オリジナルサウンドトラック Vol.8" returns zero results despite the existence of an MB release titled like that.  Dropping the last word changes the results.

      If this is an indexed search problem, then direct database search needs to be made available.
