Unset primary for locale when marking alias as ended

      When thinking about MBS-14041 I realized there's probably no good reason why an ended alias would ever be marked as primary; primary aliases are meant to be the current most appropriate name for an entity in that locale, and if the alias is ended, it's unlikely to still be the current most appropriate name.

      I opened a forum discussion in case someone can come up with reasons why this is a bad idea.
