Update the flag of Tokelau

      The flag we currently have (the Famfamfam default) was apparently never official in any way and should not be used. Tokelau got an official flag in 2009: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flag_of_Tokelau

      We can use the version in https://github.com/shoal3/famfamfam-flags-updated
