While this might be consistent with some other MusicBrainz tables, it’s not ideal for users who want to quickly check if an artist has upcoming shows. For active artists, the most relevant events are recent ones, not ones from years ago.

Suggested improvement:

• Either reverse the default sort order to descending (newest/upcoming events first), or

• Add a toggle to allow users to choose between ascending and descending date order.
