Support new style Brahms/IRCAM work links

      Brahms/IRCAM work links no longer contain IDs, now they are just text, such as https://brahms.ircam.fr/fr/work/luci

      Why they would make such a backwards change I do not know, but we currently block these links so we need to adapt our handling code.
