Preferences -> Regional Settings -> Date/time format has duplicates and wrong timezone

      On an account preference page at http://test.musicbrainz.org/account/preferences , the Date/time format in the Regional Settings uses GMT instead of your own timezone. Also, there are some duplicate choices shown. See attached screenshot.
