Warn of broken HTML before submission for instrument descriptions

      When writing instrument descriptions, it would be useful to be warned before submission if the resulting HTML will not be parseable by expand2react and will display like raw HTML instead, rather than being surprised at the broken result after submission and having to go back to change it.
