MBS-13711 added checks for likely-miscapitalized ETI and short words in track titles. These are blocking errors (i.e. requiring an "I know what I'm doing" checkbox to be checked on the tracklist tab) for beginner users but otherwise just warnings.

I'm still seeing a bunch of releases getting added with capitalized "the", "of", "remix", etc. in track titles, though. I suspect that some non-beginner editors just click through to the edit note tab when seeding releases and ignore the warning icon displayed on the tracklist tab.

I realize that editors that are determined to bulk-import releases as quickly as possible are always going to find a way to ignore the guidelines, but I'm wondering if it'd be worthwhile to make these warnings more visible. I believe that the featured-artist-in-title check is always blocking. I'm sure that the false positive rate for these capitalization checks is higher, but would it be reasonable to display the checkbox regardless of whether the editor is a beginner or not?

A lower-risk approach would be requiring that the editor has at least clicked on the tracklist tab when a warning is displayed there. I can't see any reason not to do that.
