Right now, the locale for an alias is always shown in the Edit alias page, but it's shown in a kinda contrived way as Alias: X (Greek) / Alias: X (primary for Greek). It also seems to reflect the current language (and primary status) of the alias at the time of viewing - that makes sense when the edit is open, but it would be best to store the state at the time the edit was applied rather than show live data after that.

It seems like it would make a lot more sense to show the locale as a Locale entry in the data for the edit, and if it changes that should be a diff, while if it doesn't it should be just the alias locale.
