Allow paid streaming for Youtube videos

      Earlier this month I added a release https://beta.musicbrainz.org/release/e2b99b15-81b9-425e-bc41-6fadeea01d23 based on a YouTube stream https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gQ1JQECgePE . At the time, it was free to stream. Since then, the VOD has been marked as (paid) members-only and therefore not free. Videos should be able to be marked as "streaming page" instead of forced to be "stream for free".
