I find most of the time, visiting a vkdb link like below:
https://www.vkdb.jp/cocklobin.html
will redirect to:
https://www.vkdb.jp/cocklobin.html#gsc.tab=0
which MusicBrainz has no objections with.

Although it's a small consideration, the URL parser for vkdb links should most likely be filtering off this #gsc.tab anchor before the link is accepted as doing so would make reverse-searching these pages through the API more reliable.
