Prevent incompatible MB Series from being linked as a subseries of each other

      It's currently possible to say that an Event Series is a subseries of an Artist Series, a Release Group Series is a subseries of an Artist Series, etc.  This makes no sense.

      • A run of concerts cannot logically be a subseries of a collection of artists
      • A collection of releases cannot logically be a subseries of a collection of artists
