      Niconico Shorts (ja: ニコニコショート) is released at 2026-04-15, https://blog.nicovideo.jp/niconews/272370.html.

      This is basically YouTube Shorts/TikTok but for Niconico Video.

      We need to support:

      • New Video ID prefix, `ss`
        • This one is pretty straightforward, just add it to current regexs
      • New URL format, https://www.nicovideo.jp/shorts/ss46168470
        • since we are formatting YouTube Shorts /shorts/vid to /watch?v=vid, we can do same thing for Niconico Shorts, since Niconico Shorts can be played on normal watch page.
