It would be very useful to have a system that detects editors (consistently) entering nonsensical edit notes such as "dfhhgfdhgdfhduh" just to get past edit note requirements, and automatically flags the account by reporting it to the admins for review. Differentiating these from legitimate notes is probably non-trivial with any traditional methods, although we could at least flag long one-word notes I guess, but I though I'd add a ticket in case there's a solution I haven't thought of.
