Audiomack - Allow "streaming page" and don't autoselect "stream for free"

      I stumbled on an Audiomack URL that is not "streaming for free" and requires a subscription to Audiomack+ to stream. It's a model similar to Soundcloud and their Soundcloud Go+ tier.

      Here's an example of an URL not streamable for free...

      so URL cleanup should be fixed.
