MB.tree is broken (access to properties throws TypeError: can't access property ... is undefined)

      in MusicBrainz, relationship editor and release editor exports weight-balanced-tree library through window.MB.tree for UserScripts.

      but current version (beta 76fe954f05 and stable), every MB.tree properties are now throwing an error when try to access it.
