Make an option to have the "Tagger" button always on

      It would be nice to be able to press "Tagger" and send an album to Picard without having to make a lookup first (specially because if you just added the album, it won't be indexed so the lookup will be useless anyway). Maybe we could do it so Tagger can be made to stay always on in Preferences?
