Remove disc ID: Wrong Cover art tab count always showing (0)

      1. Go to a release with both x disc IDs and y Cover arts
      2. Click remove on a disc ID
      3. Don't submit, stay there

      • Disc ID tab is showing correct current count (X)
      • Cover art is always showing a count of zero (0), not (Y)
