Description

Kinda-import of http://bugs.musicbrainz.org/ticket/3760

http://test.musicbrainz.org/artist/d8f61d7b-f761-475b-b5a3-ba0d59f0cd6c?va=1 is useless and a waste of time for the user, so it would be better to just change the link to this page for a "There are no various artist release groups for this artist" on the standard page and be done with it.
