I added a label, then cancelled the edit which added it. Once I cancelled it, the highlighting went away. Since it's still "to be cancelled", the edit isn't closed yet, so I think it should still be highlighted. Otherwise edits waiting to be fully cancelled look like they've closed and been applied.
