If you want to merge a multi-disc release that has medium titles, you have to make separate edits that change the medium titles before merging the releases. If you merge the releases first and the edit gets applied, the titles (in "Foo (disx X: Medium Title)") are lost. The UI should allow setting the medium titles as a part of the release merge.
