Found an internal server error when trying to add a standalone recording, with several artists, of which one is not in the DB. There should be either a way to "add this artist" (preferred, long term fix) or at least a message like "one of the artists was not found" that keeps you in the add recording page (and doesn't make you lose the artist credit info added, if possible)
