In bringing http://ngs.musicbrainz.org/release/5adc2bd9-b1f0-4c9c-ba36-efc8bcbde949 into line with the official NGS style, I added disc titles. However, the edit review page is rendered very oddly.

There are two "edit medium" rows, but all the tracks are in the first medium.
