[MBS-211] Implement editing via the webservice

Originally this was usurped by the new Edit system that never happened, then there was ianmcvordeos staging server project (forgot the name) that was canned. Has any more thought been given to making it easier to at least add sets of new releases in a less painful way ?

Adding Classical and Opera releases is a huge difficult mess right now. The right Add Release wizard, optimised for Classical and Opera, could make it much easier. I'm one of the developers who would try my hand and writing such a wizard, if I had a web service through which I could submit the edits.

and we have http://bugs.musicbrainz.org/ticket/781 for voting too (commenting here instead of making a new ticket since I imagine this will need splitting up anyway if we ever decide to do it)
