inc. works + work-rels in release WS

      Additionally to, following or related to MBS-840.

      It would be great having as much info as in we used to have in WS.
      Including WORKS and WORK RELATIONSHIPS in Release web service would allow having composers, lyricists, writers for all tracks in the release.

      We could do :
