The default VA http://musicbrainz.org/artist/89ad4ac3-39f7-470e-963a-56509c546377 has no merging options, so VA clones (e.g., http://musicbrainz.org/artist/11cbacaf-d336-4de8-ac41-87ea24a10fe9) can't be merged into it.
