Show under which conditions an edit is an auto-edit for regular editors

      It would be nice if pages like http://musicbrainz.org/doc/Edit_Types/52 explained the conditions an edit is also an auto-edit for normal users. (e.g. "if only capitalization changes" for Edit Medium, "if submitted with an Add Release" for Add Medium, "Always" for Add PUIDs etc)
