If I remove just a single argument, e.g. "combinator=and&", from the URL to shorten it a bit, I get an internal server error.

I would expect to be able to use a much shorter URL like http://musicbrainz.org/search/edits?conditions.0.field=status&conditions.0.args=1&conditions.1.field=type&conditions.1.args=58&conditions.1.args=253 and have it use default values for everything not provided like the mason edit search did.
