Using "Submit votes & edit notes" added edit note to all edits

      I was using the url for edits for the artist "Randy",
      http://musicbrainz.org/artist/19e3200a-3292-4926-9546-6419bcf67896/edits
      and voted on some new edits.

      However, when I clicked on "Submit votes & edit notes", the edit system
      added the edit note "Add an edit note" to all the edits that was visible
      on that page (see the url above).

      My browser is Konqueror 4.6.5.
