Label tags missing from attributes on the create relationship page

      There are no labels around the text for attributes on the create relationship page

      e.g. select a relationship on http://musicbrainz.org/edit/relationship/create?returnto=http%3A%2F%2Fmusicbrainz.org%2Frelease%2F0cb2e7d6-0ddd-41df-b8dd-36b7b076fc2a&type1=release&entity1=0cb2e7d6-0ddd-41df-b8dd-36b7b076fc2a&entity0=7e84f845-ac16-41fe-9ff8-df12eb32af55&type0=artist which has attributes and try clicking the attribute name.
