404 / dead link for previously merged artist in edit note

      e.g. "Handel" in http://musicbrainz.org/edit/14890478

      It was merged in http://musicbrainz.org/edit/14823063 so I guess there should either be no clickable link and just text "Handel" displayed; or after merge it should go via the MBID to the new artist.

      Currently the link goes to "http://musicbrainz.org/artist/" which is of course a 404
