ws/2 returning invalid xml

      the following lookup returns invalid xml:

      http://musicbrainz.org/ws/2/release?release-group=cf82c214-5eea-3f05-ba38-a4b4be2cb623&inc=media+recordings

      the cause appears to be the following recording which has less-than and greater-than symbols in it's title. these appear unescaped in the lookup above.
